BoldBellowsAI content generation automation for marketing teams whose content calendar is always behind

AI content generation automation that turns briefs into drafts in your voice, checks facts and style, and waits for your approval

AI content drafting produces better work from a brief that states audience, purpose, tone and the facts to use, and every draft goes to a person for review before it is published. BoldBellows collects your best existing pieces, your style notes and the facts that must always be right, and decides who approves what, before the first draft is generated, turns a brief into a draft in your voice, checks it against your facts and style rules, flags anything it cannot support and sends every draft to a person for approval before it is published, then builds AI content generation automation piece by piece: a brief template captures the audience, goal, key points, sources and keywords, an AI content pipeline turns the brief into a draft for a blog, a product description, an email or a social post, a style check compares the draft with your voice notes, a fact check lists every claim and the source supporting it, unsupported claims are flagged, the draft arrives in your editor or calendar for approval, and the published piece is stored with its brief. AI blog post automation, AI SEO content generation and AI product description automation can use the same line. Custom AI content generation automation can add AI marketing copy automation and AI social media content for each channel.

Chapter 01 the blank-page problem

A blank page and a deadline is where generic content and invented facts are born

The content calendar says four posts a week and the team can write two. Someone pastes a topic into a general-purpose AI tool, gets a fluent, generic draft and publishes it with light edits. A statistic in it turns out not to exist. Another piece sounds nothing like the brand. Product descriptions repeat the same phrases across fifty pages, which search engines and customers both notice. The team ends up editing more than they would have written, and trust in the tool drops.

Our editors began the week with twelve solid drafts instead of a blank calendar, and published fewer corrections.

The calendar is always behind.

A generic draft

It could be any company's.

Before

  • Each notice is trusted as it stands
  • Drafts come from topics pasted into a general tool and are lightly edited
  • Facts and voice are checked, if at all, by hand

After

  • Matching uses the brief, the draft and the approval; titles and labels are ignored
  • Every piece starts from a brief and arrives in your voice
  • Claims are listed with sources and a person approves before publishing

Chapter 02 How it works

How a brief becomes a checked draft ready for approval

The sequence is fixed so that a replay reaches the same answer every time.

How AI Team to AI Content Drafting automation works: requests in, one clean content draft each, on a scheduleYour AI Team project, drawn as a seed packet, sends requests through read-only access to the sync we build, a sprouting engine, which writes one content draft per request into your draft library, drawn as a full bloom.AI TEAMREQUESTSYour AI projectRequests, documents, prompts, schemas, evaluationsThe sync we buildAdds new requests, fixesedited ones, double-checkson a scheduleYour draft libraryRequests, briefs, dailytotals, reportsREAD-ONLYACCESSONE CONTENT DRAFTPER REQUESTHow AI Team to AI Content Drafting automation works: requests in, one clean content draft each, on a schedule, stacked: your AI Team project, the sync we build, then your draft library.AI TEAMREQUESTSYour AIprojectRequests, documents, prompts, schemas, evaluationsThe sync webuildAdds new requests, fixes edited ones,double-checks on aYour draftlibraryRequests, briefs, dailytotals, reportsREAD-ONLYACCESSONE CONTENT DRAFTPER REQUEST

Filter at the door

The AI Team event is authenticated and recorded first; only a failed request that matches the rule continues.

Brief, draft, style

A structured brief is turned into a draft that is checked against your voice notes.

Check, approve, publish

Claims are listed with sources, a person approves, and the piece is published and stored with its brief.

The AI Team rules and model limits we design around

  • A draft needs a brief: AI content drafting produces better work from a brief that states audience, purpose, tone and the facts to use, and every draft goes to a person for review before it is published.
  • The brief is where quality is decided: Because a model writes only from what it is given, a brief with the audience, goal, facts and sources is what separates a useful draft from a generic one.
  • Reconciliation step: An unsure result is reconciled by matching the brief, the draft and the approval in AI Content Drafting and recording the verdict.

Chapter 04 Who this fits

Fits insurance brokers and whoever must turn briefs into first drafts in your voice at scale, with facts checked and a person approving everything before it is published

AI can shorten the distance to a first draft, and the quality of that draft depends on what it was told and on who checks it afterwards.

Chapter 05 The options

Side by side: a blank page, a deadline and a content calendar that is always behind, a zap and brief templates, drafts in your voice, fact and style checks and an approval step before publishing

Each can produce words. Only one starts from a brief, keeps your voice and checks every claim.

A delayed event meets a newer record

The stored time of the last confirmed change guards every write, so a late event cannot regress the content draft.

The draft includes a statistic that no source supports

The claim check lists the statistic without a source, flags it in the draft, and the editor either supplies a source or removes it before approval. Searching AI Content Drafting on the brief, the draft and the approval shows whether the content draft is already there, and whether it is right. Nothing new is created unless the lookup comes back empty.

We begin by fixing the brief, the draft and the approval, and every test afterwards checks that it still holds.

Collect your best work and voice

We gather your best pieces, voice notes and the facts that must always be right.

  2. Access review

    Approve access

  3. Most of the project

    Agree approval and publishing

Who approves each content type, where drafts arrive and how pieces are published are written down and signed off.

  4. Before you review

    Acceptance runs

Normal and awkward records are pushed through a test AI Content Drafting, and you sign off the results before go-live.

  5. Handover day

    Launch with notes

Going live means starting from an agreed record, so nothing is missed or repeated, then handing over the notes.

  6. About 30 minutes

Chapter 08 Getting started

Before we begin: what we need

Permission to inspect the AI Team fields we will map

Your best existing content, style notes, the sources you trust and access to your editor or CMS

The AI Team account owner's sign-off for the connection

A list of the statuses or stages that matter to you

A short description of how the team works in AI Content Drafting today

Your retention rule for anything the route logs

Chapter 09 Trust

Only listed fields move, and every permission is explained

The model works on minimized AI Team data and answers in a fixed shape, which makes every proposal checkable.

Read-only AI Team to AI Content Drafting access: your data stays yoursA brass keyhole plate with a key turning in it and a key ring of tags for you, your team and your accountant, marked named people only and read-only.YouTeamAccountantNAMED PEOPLE ONLY · READ-ONLY

Outside the core

The route runs beside AI Team and AI Content Drafting, not within them, so neither vendor's own updates collide with it.

Scoped, revocable access

Nothing runs with an administrator's full powers.

Only approved values cross

What appears in AI Content Drafting is exactly what the field map lists, and the map is part of the handover.

Doubtful writes are verified

If a response goes missing, AI Content Drafting is searched by the brief, the draft and the approval and the outcome recorded before anything else happens.

Minimal logging

Retention is short and the content is minimal.

Full handover

We hand across the map, the checks and the contact points for exceptions.

"Good content still needs a human who cares, and the build is meant to give that human more time to care."

It sends personalized messages, recommends products and follows up at just the right moment. Customer retention has improved dramatically.

Nadia HassanVerifiedCairo, Egypt

AI CRM Automation

Our CRM was barely used because updating it by hand was tedious. BoldBellows automated data entry, tagging, segmentation and follow-ups.

Now the CRM is always up to date and our campaigns are far more accurate. It improved our whole sales pipeline.

David KimVerifiedSeoul, South Korea

AI Voice Assistant

BoldBellows built a custom AI voice assistant for our customer hotline. It answers questions, books appointments and handles simple requests.

Hannah JohnsonVerifiedChicago, USA

AI Automation Partner

BoldBellows is hands-down the best AI automation partner we’ve worked with. Their systems are fast, reliable and built around how our business actually works.

Kwame MensahVerifiedKumasi, Ghana

AI Chatbot & Customer Support

BoldBellows built an AI support chatbot for our online boutique, and it has changed how we run the business. We used to have two full-time staff answering the same questions all day. Now the AI handles order tracking, product recommendations and even refund requests on its own.

What surprised me most is how natural it sounds. Customers compliment the ‘agent’ without realizing it’s AI. Our support workload dropped by 75% and customer satisfaction went up dramatically.

Maria GonzálezVerifiedMadrid, Spain

AI Content & Social Media Automation

Our marketing agency couldn’t keep up with content. BoldBellows set up an AI content engine that writes blog posts and captions and even designs our social media creatives.

It spots trends and suggests topics for us, so we stay ahead of competitors. We now produce three times the content with the same team, and engagement has soared. They didn’t just automate our workflow, they lifted our whole brand.

Daniel BrooksVerifiedToronto, Canada

AI Lead Qualification & Sales Automation

Our sales team wasted hours chasing cold leads. BoldBellows built an AI lead-scoring system that reads behavior, email engagement and buying signals.

It filters out weak leads and sends personalized follow-ups automatically, so our team only talks to people who are ready to buy. Conversions rose 40% in the first month. It paid for itself straight away.

Aisha MohammedVerifiedDubai, UAE

AI Video & Voice Automation

We publish product videos every week, and BoldBellows introduced us to AI video automation. The system writes the script, voices it and produces the finished video in minutes.

The quality is remarkable: professional voiceovers, clean visuals and smooth editing. Production time went from three days to under 30 minutes, and we scaled our video marketing without adding cost.

Lucas SteinerVerifiedMunich, Germany

Chapter 11 Questions

AI content drafting: what marketing teams ask

Clear replies to the concerns that come up in almost every conversation.

Is access read-only?Who owns the result? What happens after handover? Can it be changed later?Open any question
Is this just a prompt behind an AI Team webhook?

A steady flow of good content that still sounds like you is easy. The hard part, which a zap skips, is to draft faster without publishing anything nobody has checked. That is the extra we deliver on top of the trigger.

Will it publish by itself?

No. Every draft goes to a person for approval before anything is published.

How does it keep our voice?

From your best pieces and style notes, with a style check on each draft.

How are facts handled?

Every claim is listed with its source, and unsupported claims are flagged.

Which content types are covered?

Blog posts, product descriptions, emails, social posts and similar, as scoped in the quote.

Can it work with our CMS?

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and similar systems that offer an API; the quote names yours.

What does content automation cost to set up?

The content types, channels and integrations decide a fixed price, written down before the first draft.

How is the model's view of AI Team kept small?

Voice notes, the brief template and the approval path are bundled into a guide you sign before the first draft.

Can we add rules later?

Yes. Approval can be automatic for low-risk proposals and manual for the rest, from $1,690.

Who handles a change to the AI Team API?

Every interface is named in the notes. A change upstream halts the affected step and raises a flag, so nothing wrong is written. Later repair work is quoted separately.
