Send your files safely.
A private upload page for briefs, exports, screenshots and approvals. Files are checked on arrival and passed only to the team handling your project. Small uploads are emailed and removed from the server at once; larger ones are held in a private area and deleted after 30 days.
What we accept, and what we ask you to leave out.
Up to 20 files per upload, 20 MB each, 100 MB in total. If your material is bigger, share a view-only link instead.
Documents
PDF, DOCX and TXT: briefs, specifications, contracts and approvals.
Data
XLSX, CSV and JSON: exports, field mappings and sample records. Remove columns we do not need.
Images
PNG, JPG, JPEG and WebP: screenshots of settings, errors and examples of the data.
Not accepted
ZIP and other archives, scripts, executables and anything else. Archives hide what is inside from our checks.
Never include
Passwords, API keys, private keys, card numbers or one-time codes. Those go only through your secure customer dashboard.
Bigger than 20 MB?
Share a view-only link from Google Drive, Dropbox or similar, and paste it in the link field instead.
Upload your files
Add a file, a link, or both. Only the team working on your project receives them, and they are never kept in a public folder.
- Up to 20 files of 20 MB
- Checked on arrival
- Credentials via dashboard only
Checked, delivered, then removed.
Your files take a short, closed path. At no point do they sit in a public folder or a shared drive.
Verified on arrival
The real file type is checked, not just the name. Double extensions, scripts hidden in text files and oversize files are refused.
Sent privately
Small uploads are attached to an email for the project team and deleted from the server at once. Larger ones are held in a private, non-public area that only the team can open, then deleted after 30 days.
Limited by design
Twenty files, twenty megabytes each. For anything larger, a view-only link keeps the data in your own system.
Seen by few
Only the people working on your order receive the email. Project files they keep are removed 90 days after handover.
Acknowledged
If a file is unreadable or missing something, we tell you by email within 24 hours.
Spam-proof
The same trap fields, timing checks and rate limits that protect our other forms protect this one.
Five habits that make files easy to use.
A well-prepared file saves a round of questions and gets your project moving sooner.
- 1
Name it clearly
‘orders-export-oct.csv’ beats ‘export (3).csv’.
Tip 1 - 2
Trim the data
Send only the columns and rows that illustrate the point.
Tip 2 - 3
Mark it up
Circle or arrow the part of a screenshot that matters.
Tip 3 - 4
Add a reference
Quote your order or quote number so we match it at once.
Tip 4 - 5
Say what you want
One line in the notes box: ‘Please check the tax column’.
Tip 5
Questions about uploading.
Everything people ask before sending a file.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT and JSON files, up to 20 files per upload, 20 MB each and 100 MB in total. We check the real file type on arrival, not just the name, so a renamed file is refused. Archives such as ZIP, scripts and programs are not accepted. If your material is larger, share a view-only link instead.
Why can’t I upload a ZIP file?
Archives can hide other files inside them, which makes our safety checks unable to see what is really being sent. To keep the upload page safe for everyone, we only accept individual files of known types. Upload the files one by one, up to 20 at a time, or put the archive in Google Drive or Dropbox and paste a view-only link instead.
Do I need an order number?
No. The order or quote reference is optional. It simply helps us match your files to the right project quickly, so add it if you have it, usually found on your confirmation, receipt or quote. Without one, we use your name and email address to find your project, which can take a little longer.
How long do you keep my files?
Uploads of up to 15 MB in total are emailed to the project team and removed from the web server at once. Larger uploads are held in a private area that only the team can open, and they are deleted after 30 days. Project files the team keeps while working are deleted 90 days after handover, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Can I send API keys so you can start?
No. Keys, passwords and tokens must never be sent in files or messages. After payment you are redirected to your secure customer dashboard, where every access request appears and where keys are entered. Our forms also detect what looks like a key and stop the message. See the security practices for why this matters.
My file is larger than 20 MB.
Put it in a cloud folder you control, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, set sharing to view only, and paste the link into the link field of the upload form. That keeps very large exports and recordings in your own system and avoids upload limits. Check that the link works in a private browser window before you send it.
Is this page only for clients?
It is intended for clients and for people who have a quote or are preparing one, but anyone may use it to send material that supports a question or a request, such as a sample export or a screenshot of an error. Clients who have already paid should use their customer dashboard for project files, where they stay attached to the order.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. As soon as the upload is accepted you see a confirmation page, and the team is notified. If a file cannot be read, is empty or is not what we expected, we write to you within 24 hours to say so and to explain what to send instead, so a bad file never silently delays your project.
What if I uploaded the wrong file?
Tell us through the contact form with your order reference and the file name, and we will disregard it and delete it from the project. If the file contained something sensitive, say so in the message without repeating the sensitive content, and we will treat the removal as urgent.
Is the upload encrypted?
Yes. The page and the upload travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection, files are checked on arrival and they are never stored in a public folder. Small uploads are emailed to the project team and removed from the server, and larger ones sit in a private area that only the team can open and that is cleared after 30 days.
Not a client yet?
Start with a quote. We’ll tell you exactly what we need to see.
