Standard Care: managed automation support for businesses that run on workflows.
When orders, invoices, leads and support tickets all move through automations, a silent failure costs money every hour. Standard Care keeps up to fifteen workflows and two sites healthy, with a 12-hour response and real repair time included.
Queued
Backed up, applied
Tested
Stay current without the risk.
Growing businesses collect apps and workflows faster than anyone can maintain them. Standard Care is the routine.
Updates that nobody dares to apply
- The checkout plugin is three versions behind because it is risky
- A broken step sits in the queue while the team is busy
- Nobody remembers how the workflows are wired
A routine that keeps every part moving
- Backup first, then update, then test checkout
- Four repair hours are already budgeted, so fixes start at once
- A monthly export keeps a map of every workflow

Moving parts that stay in sync.
Growing businesses collect automations, apps and plugins faster than anyone can maintain them. This plan is the routine that keeps every moving part in step.
- Updates on a scheduleApps, plugins and themes are updated monthly, after we confirm a backup exists.
- Repairs that are already budgetedFour hours each month means a broken step is fixed, not debated.
- One small improvement a monthA retry rule, a filter or a cleaner handoff: small wins that add up.
The cycle report, line by line.
A one-page summary your team can forward to anyone who asks how the systems are doing.
Alerts written for busy teams.
This is how Standard Care reports a failed paid-order-to-accounting automation: which step, why it failed and the exact fix.
Step: Create invoice
What happened: the accounting app rejected the request because the account token expired
What to do: reconnect the account, then replay the 3 failed runs
First seen: 02:14 · Runs affected: 3 · Customer data in this alert: none
What we need to take over the routine.
Once we have your list and access, we build the watch map and test every alert before going live.
- A list of your fifteen workflowsWe tag each by importance so a failure in your order flow ranks above a failure in a newsletter sync.
- Access to platforms and sitesShared through the vault, read-only where possible, with admin access only where a repair requires it.
- An approver and a backupTwo people who can say yes to a fix when the first is unavailable.
Where Standard Care stops.
These items sit outside the plan, and each is quoted or moved to a higher plan.
- Six-hour responseStandard Care targets 12 hours. Premium Care targets 6 hours and sends critical alerts to your contact at once.
- Large rebuildsNew automations and redesigns are quoted separately, with the monthly change request reserved for small tweaks.
- Hosting and app feesWhat you pay platforms and hosts stays with them.
Is this the right fit?
Standard Care suits teams whose daily work would stall if a workflow stopped.
Teams that depend on automations daily
Orders, invoices, leads and support flows run through workflows and nobody can afford them to stall.

Updates are risky when you are busy. We apply them after a backup check and test checkout.

Answers about Standard Care.
Updates, repairs, changes and how Standard Care compares with hourly help. The main care plans page has the general answers.
What is included in a managed automation support plan?
Standard Care covers fifteen monitored workflows, two sites or stores, applied updates, four hours of repair, one small change and a quarterly written review for $449 per month.
Do you maintain WooCommerce and Shopify stores monthly?
Yes. The watcher reports errors and pending updates, and each month we apply the updates after confirming a backup, then test checkout and key flows.
How do you monitor API integrations and webhooks?
Each integration gets failure alerts and a missed-run check, and we record response times so a slow step is noticed before it times out.
What is the difference between a repair and a change request?
A repair puts back what was already built to work, while a change adds behavior that was not there before. Four repair hours and one small change come with every month.
What happens if an update breaks my site?
We update only after a backup check, test the important paths, and roll back if something fails. We report what happened and what we did.
Can I roll over unused repair hours?
No. Hours reset each billing cycle, and we tell you early if a job will take more than you have left, so you can decide.
How is Standard Care different from hiring a freelancer by the hour?
You pay a fixed price and get monitoring plus a response target. An hourly freelancer usually starts only after you notice a problem.
Can I add more workflows than fifteen?
Yes. Ask us about extra workflows or move to Premium Care for forty. Changes start on the next billing date.
