Your customer dashboard, built for projects.
After payment you are redirected to log in. From there you share logins and API keys safely, send and receive files, message the team, request revisions and follow every milestone on a countdown timer.
One address for everything about your order.
Bookmark it now. Whenever you need to send something, ask something or check where the project stands, this is where you go.
Milestones with countdown timers
Every project is split into milestones, each with a due time and a live countdown, so you always know what is being worked on and when it lands.
Logins and API keys
Platform logins, invitations, restricted API keys and tokens are entered here and nowhere else. They are never taken by message, form, file or email.
Send and receive files
Upload briefs, exports and screenshots to your project, and download finished files and your handover document when they are ready.
Messages
Talk to the people building your project in a thread attached to your order, so nothing is lost in an inbox.
Revision requests
Request a change inside your included revision rounds, with notes and files attached, and track each request to done.
Project information
Answer the kickoff questions once: account details, plan names, field lists and approvals. Everything we need to start is collected in one place.
Orders and receipts
See your orders, download receipts and keep your payment records alongside the work.
Support requests and updates
Open a support request after delivery and get a notification whenever a milestone moves, a message arrives or a file is ready.
See where your project stands at a glance.
This is an illustration of the layout. Timers count down to each milestone, messages sit beside the work, and files and revision requests are one click away.

Done
Why secrets never travel by email.
Email, chat and forms leave copies in places you cannot control. A private dashboard keeps sensitive details, files and conversations in one protected place.
No copies in inboxes
A key emailed once sits in two mailboxes, backups and forwards for years. A dashboard entry does not.
One place to look
You and we both know where credentials, files and decisions live, so nothing is lost and nothing is duplicated.
Easier to revoke
Every credential entered is recorded against your project, so ending access at handover is a checklist.
Least access
We tell you the narrowest permission to create, so what you enter can do only what the work needs.
Encrypted connection
The dashboard runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, like the rest of the site.
A clear rule for everyone
If anyone ever asks you to send a password or key by email or chat, it is not us. Use the dashboard.

Questions about the dashboard.
What clients ask before and after their first login.
Where is the dashboard?
At boldbellows.com/customer-dashboard. After payment you are redirected to its login automatically, so you do not need to hunt for a link. Bookmark the address anyway, because you will use it to send access, share files, message the team, request revisions and follow your milestones.
What can I do in the dashboard?
Send logins and API keys safely, answer the kickoff questions, upload and download files, message the team, request revisions, open support requests, download receipts and follow every milestone on a countdown timer. It is the single place for everything about your project, so nothing important depends on an email thread.
Can I email a password if it is easier?
Please don’t. Email, chat and forms leave copies in mailboxes, backups and forwards that you cannot control. Anything secret goes only through the dashboard, and so do our requests for access. If we ever ask for a password by email or chat, it is not us, so do not reply with it.
I forgot my dashboard login.
Use the reset option on the dashboard login page to set a new password by email. If you are still stuck, send a message through the contact form with your order reference and no password in it, and we will help you get back in. We will never ask you to send us your old password.
Who can see what I enter?
Only the people working on your order can see what you enter, and only the parts they need. Other clients can never see your project. Credentials are stored against your project so they can be listed in your handover document and revoked when the work ends, and access is limited to the team members assigned.
What happens to my credentials at the end?
Your handover document lists everything you entered and explains how to revoke or rotate each item. We remove our own access and delete our working copies 90 days after handover, or sooner on request. The end of a project should leave you with fewer live credentials than you had during it, not more.
Can a colleague log in too?
Tell us in a dashboard message with your order reference and the colleague’s role, and we will advise on adding them. Giving each person their own login keeps the history clear and means one person leaving never locks the team out. Do not share a single login between people.
Do I still use the upload page?
Clients send project files in the dashboard, where they stay attached to the order. The upload page is for anyone who has not paid yet, such as someone sending a brief or an example export with a quote request. Credentials go only through the dashboard, never through the upload page.
How do I find my order reference?
It is printed on your payment receipt, shown at the top of your dashboard and included in our kickoff message. Quote it in any message or support request so we can find your project at once. If you cannot find it, send your name and the email you paid with and we will look it up.
How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 hours, every day of the year, and usually faster. Messages in your dashboard are answered by the people working on your project, and anything marked as something live being broken is looked at first. If a reply needs a decision from you, we tell you exactly what we need so the clock does not stall.
What are the countdown timers?
Each milestone has a target time, and the timer counts down to it so you can see how long the current stage should take. When a stage is waiting on you, for example for access or for your review, we say so on the milestone and the timer pauses fairly. The timers are there to make progress visible, not to pressure anyone.
How do I cancel?
Before work starts, use the refund topic on the contact form and we refund in full to your original payment method. After work has started, refunds are no longer available, but the refund policy explains exactly what counts as starting and what we do if we cannot deliver the agreed scope.
