Get a quote that is accurate the first time.
Answer five short steps and we have everything needed to price your automation properly: what should happen, how often, in which tools, and by when. No follow-up questionnaire, no vague ‘from’ price.
Every question is here because it changes the price or the plan.
A good quote depends on a handful of facts. We ask for them once, up front, so you do not spend a week answering clarification emails.
Scope
Which tools, which workflows, which direction data moves. This sets the shape of the build and most of the price.
Scale
Volume per month and number of systems decide how much resilience, queuing and monitoring the build needs.
Risk
Whether personal, financial or regulated data is involved decides the security and testing work.
Timing
A hard deadline or a live outage changes the order we work in, and is quoted honestly.
Access
Who can approve access, and whether a sandbox exists, decides when the delivery clock can start.
Budget
A range keeps the proposal realistic. We design to fit it and never quote higher because your range is higher.
Support
Whether you want monitoring after launch changes what we build into the automation.
Compliance
GDPR, HIPAA or audit trail needs shape logging, retention and who may see the data.
Six things that make the form faster to fill in.
You can complete the form with what is in your head. These six items make your answers sharper, and every one is optional.
Your plan names
Which edition of each platform you pay for. It decides API access and limits.
A rough volume
Events per month and your busiest day. A guess is fine.
One real example
A sample order, lead or ticket that shows the data you want to move.
The access owner
The person who can approve access in each tool. Ask them early.
Your edge cases
Refunds, duplicates, edits and what ‘done’ looks like. One line each.
Your deadline
Any date that matters, such as a launch, a campaign or an audit.
Tell us about your automation
Five steps, about four minutes. The step bar stays at the top and the Continue button stays at the bottom as you scroll. Nothing is charged by sending this form, and you pay only after you approve the written quote.
A written quote you can approve or hand to your team.
Within 24 hours you receive a plain-language proposal, not a template. Every quote contains the same eight parts.
Fixed scope
Exactly which workflows, tools and exception paths are covered, and what is deliberately left out.
One clear price
A single price in US dollars for the agreed scope, payable by card, wallet or PayPal, with no hourly surprises.
Delivery window
A realistic number of business days, from two to twenty-four, starting when we have access.
Access plan
Which permissions each tool needs, why, and how to grant them safely. Least access, always.
Test plan
How we will prove the automation works before you rely on it, including failure and retry cases.
Included support
Two revision rounds and a 30-day correction period are part of every build.
Assumptions
Anything we are relying on, such as plan limits, written down so it cannot become a surprise.
Validity
Quotes stay valid for 14 days. After that we re-confirm availability and scope.
What actually moves the price of an automation.
Most services in the catalog are fixed-price packages from $250 to $7,120. A custom quote uses the same logic, applied to your setup.
| Factor | Why it matters | Effect on price |
|---|---|---|
| Number of workflows | Each route is designed, built and tested on its own. | Largest single factor |
| Systems connected | Every extra tool adds authentication, field mapping and failure cases. | Grows with each system |
| Monthly volume | High volume needs queuing, rate-limit handling and duplicate protection. | Moderate to large |
| Sensitive data | Payment, health or personal data adds review, redaction and stricter testing. | Moderate |
| Monitoring and reconciliation | Alerts and nightly checks turn a silent failure into a visible one. | Optional, recommended |
| Existing setup | Cleaning up or replacing a half-working automation takes more than starting fresh. | Small to moderate |
| Platform plan limits | Low API limits mean more queuing and slower runs, which means more design work. | Small to moderate |
| Urgency | Deadline work displaces other projects. We quote it plainly rather than hide it. | Small to moderate |

Your call
Questions people ask before they send.
If your question is not here, ask it on the contact form and a person replies within 24 hours.
How accurate is the quote?
The quote is a fixed price for a fixed scope. If your answers are complete, it does not change. If we find something that was not in the request, we tell you before doing any extra work and you decide whether to add it. That is why the form asks detailed questions.
Do I have to give a budget?
Yes, on the quote form a budget range is required. It lets us propose a scope that fits instead of one you cannot afford, and it saves a round of questions. If you do not know, choose ‘Open to your recommendation’. The range is not a promise to spend it, and it never raises the price.
Is it free to request a quote?
Yes. Requesting a quote costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. You receive a written proposal with the scope, price and delivery window, valid for 14 days, and you pay only if you approve it.
How long is a quote valid?
14 days from the date we send it. After that, we re-confirm availability and scope before you approve, because platform plans, your requirements and our schedule can change. If you need more time, tell us and we will usually extend it.
What if my tools are not in your catalog?
Choose ‘A custom automation that is not listed’. If the tool has an API, webhooks or a supported connector, we can usually build it, and we will say clearly if we cannot. Tell us the platform and your plan so we can check the limits before quoting.
Can I get a quote for several automations at once?
Yes. Choose ‘Several automations together’ and describe each. Bundled work is quoted as one project, with shared access, testing and documentation. Tell us the order of priority if some matter more than others.
Will you ask for my passwords?
Not at the quote stage. After you approve and pay, you are redirected to log in to your secure customer dashboard, which is the only place we accept login details and API keys. See the security practices. Do not include secrets in this form; it will stop a message that appears to contain one.
When can I get a refund?
In full, any time before work starts. Once work has started we cannot refund, except for billing errors or if we cannot deliver the agreed scope. See the refund policy for how that works and a checker for your order.
What if I don’t know my plan or volume?
Write your best guess and choose ‘I do not know yet’ where offered. We will check limits for you and say what they mean. A rough number, such as ‘a few dozen a day’, is plenty to start.
Why do you ask about sensitive data?
Payment, health, HR and children’s data need extra safeguards, such as redaction, stricter testing and limited access. Knowing early lets us plan them and price them correctly, instead of discovering the need mid-project. The answers are used only to plan security and testing.
Can I save the form and come back?
The form does not store drafts, to avoid keeping partial data. It takes about four minutes, and the step bar stays at the top while you work. The Review step lets you check everything before sending. If you need to stop, a short note through the contact form will start a conversation instead.
Do you offer a call to discuss it?
We work in writing so that everything is recorded and nothing is lost in a conversation. If something needs discussing, we ask in the reply and keep it short. Writing also gives you something to share with colleagues who need to approve.
What is the difference between this and ordering a service?
A service page is a fixed-price package for a common pairing of tools, with a stated scope you can order immediately. The quote form is for setups that need a custom scope or several automations together. If a service almost fits, say so on the form.
Can an agency request a quote for a client?
Yes. Choose ‘Agency or consultant (for a client)’ as your role and describe the client’s setup. We document access and handover for the right party. See licensing and usage for how rights pass to your client.
Prefer to ask first?
If you are not ready for a quote, send a question. A person replies within 24 hours.
