Automation maintenance plans that catch failures before your customers do.
Monthly care for your automations, Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce sites: we watch around the clock, get an alert that says what failed, fix it, keep things updated and send a clear report.
Stop learning about failures from your customers.
Automations are quiet when they work and silent when they break. Care makes the silence audible.
The old way: you find out last
- A customer tells you the order never arrived
- An expired login quietly stops three automations
- Updates pile up until something breaks on a busy day
The care way: we find out first
- The alert reaches us before your customer notices
- Every alert says what failed and what to do
- Updates go in on a schedule, with a backup first
Three plans, fixed monthly prices.
Each plan lists what it covers. Open a plan page to see every inclusion, line by line.

We watch, we alert, we fix, you get a report.
A small watcher is added to your systems when we build them, or installed later on systems you already run. It only reports health, never the data your business processes.
Install the watcher
A small alert step goes into each automation, and a tiny read-only plugin or app goes on your website or store.
We watch around the clock
Missed runs, errors, expired connections and slow steps raise an alert the moment they happen.
We fix it
Every alert says what failed and what to do. We log in, repair it, and tell you what we changed.
You get a report
On your billing day you receive a branded report of everything we did and what we are watching next.
Automations and the websites they run on.
One care plan covers both, so a broken automation and a broken store never fall between two providers.
Automation platforms
Pabbly Connect, Make, Zapier and n8n scenarios, plus custom scripts and webhooks. Each gets an alert step or a heartbeat so silence is noticed too.
Shopify stores
A lightweight read-only app reports app and theme problems, failed webhooks and script errors that would otherwise show up as lost orders.
WordPress and WooCommerce
A tiny plugin reports PHP errors, failed checkouts, expired SSL, and plugins, themes or WordPress that need an update.
Missed-run detection
If an automation that should fire every hour goes quiet, you do not wait for a customer to tell you. We are told the moment it is late.
Expired connections
Tokens, passwords and app permissions expire without warning. We see it first and reconnect it.
Read-only by design
The watcher sends status, step names and error text only. Customer records, order contents and card data are never part of an alert.
One view over every workflow you rely on.
Pabbly, Make, Zapier, n8n and your stores all report into the same watch, so nothing slips between tools.
- Automation monitoring serviceFailure alerts and missed-run detection across Pabbly Connect, Make, Zapier and n8n.
- Website and store maintenanceMonthly care for Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce, with update alerts.
- One monthly reportEverything that happened, in one clear message.
A report you will actually read.
Plain language, no jargon. You see what ran, what broke, what we did and what needs your decision.
- Everything in one emailRuns, alerts, response times, fixes, updates and hours used for the billing cycle.
- Sent on your billing dayIt covers the cycle that just ended, so it matches your invoice.
- Branded and plainIt reads like a note from your own team, not a wall of logs.
Step: Send welcome message
What happened: the email tool returned an authentication error
What to do: sign in again to the email tool, then resend the 5 waiting messages
First seen: 07:52 · Runs affected: 5 · Customer data in this alert: none
It says what failed and what to do.
No hunting through logs. Every alert names the automation, the step, what happened and the next action, and it never contains customer data.

What is an automation maintenance plan?
It is a monthly service where we monitor your automations and websites, get alerted the moment something stops working, repair it, keep things updated and send you a report each month, so you stop learning about failures from customers.
Do I need a care plan for my automations to work?
No. What we build works without one. A care plan is for businesses that rely on their workflows every day and want someone watching, because apps change, connections expire and platforms have bad days.
Which platforms can you monitor?
Pabbly Connect, Make, Zapier and n8n, custom scripts and webhooks, plus Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce websites. If your platform is not listed, ask and we will say honestly whether we can watch it.
What is the small watcher you install?
For automations it is an extra alert step or a heartbeat that says the automation ran. For WordPress and WooCommerce it is a tiny read-only plugin, and for Shopify a lightweight app. They send status, step names and error text, never customer records, order contents or payment data.
How do I get alerted when a Zapier or Make automation stops running?
The watcher flags errors and also notices a missed run, so a quiet automation is caught even when it raises no error. We get the alert first and tell you when it touches your customers.
How fast will you respond?
Response targets run from 24 hours on Basic Care to 12 hours on Standard Care and 6 hours on Premium Care. They are targets for starting work, not promises that every problem is solved by a set time, since some fixes depend on a third party.
What counts as a repair and what counts as a change?
A repair restores something to how it was built to work, such as reconnecting an app. A change makes it do something new. Repair hours are included every month, and small changes are included on Standard Care and Premium Care. Bigger changes are quoted.
What if I use up my repair hours?
We tell you before we pass the limit and ask whether to continue. Extra time is only billed with your approval, and unused hours do not carry over.
What is in the monthly care report?
Runs completed, alerts raised and how fast we replied, what we fixed, updates applied, hours used, anything waiting for your decision and what we are watching next. It is emailed on your billing day.
Can I cancel a care plan or change plans?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel before your next billing day and you will not be charged again, or move up or down and the change starts on the next billing day.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Only what is needed to watch and repair what you ask us to cover. You share it through the secure vault in your client dashboard, read-only whenever the platform allows it, and you can remove it at any time.
How is this different from the warranty on a finished project?
The warranty covers defects in something we delivered, for a set period. A care plan is ongoing: monitoring, updates and repairs for as long as you stay on it, including systems we did not build.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us what you run and what would hurt most if it stopped. We will recommend a plan and tell you honestly if you do not need one yet.
Fixed monthly price. Cancel any time.
