What our pages do and don’t promise.

The short version.

Four things worth knowing before you read the detail. Each clause below also starts with its own one-line summary.

Information
General guidance

Our guides explain how platforms work as we understood them when we wrote them. They are not legal, tax, financial or security advice.

Platforms
Always check the source

Limits, prices and features change. Confirm current details in each platform’s own documentation.

Independence
Not affiliated

Platform names belong to their owners. We are an independent service provider.

Results
No guaranteed outcome

We guarantee careful work that matches the agreed scope, not a particular business result.

Straight talk

How to read our guides and pages.

The most useful pages on this site are also the ones most likely to age. This is how to get the best from them safely.

Check the source

Platform facts change. Verify any number you will build on against the platform’s own current documentation.

Go to the source

We cite what each platform documents. The platform’s own page is the final word.

Your plan matters

Limits and features differ by plan and region. A number that fits one plan may not fit yours.

Not professional advice

Legal, tax, security and compliance questions deserve a qualified adviser who knows your facts.

Tell us when we are wrong

Use the contact form to report an error and we will check and correct it.

No endorsements

Mentioning a platform is not an endorsement or a partnership.

Questions

Common questions about this policy.

9 short answers to what people ask most. If yours is missing, ask it and a person replies within 24 hours.

Is the information on your site legal advice?

No. It is general information about how we work and about the platforms we automate. For legal, tax, financial or compliance questions, ask a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. The disclaimer explains what you can and cannot rely on.

Are the platform limits you publish guaranteed?

They were checked against each platform’s documentation when written, but platforms change limits, plans and behavior, sometimes without notice. Treat our figures as a starting point and verify the current values in the official documentation for your plan. The only binding terms are those in your accepted order or quote.

Are you affiliated with the platforms you automate?

No. We are independent of Stripe, Notion, Google, HubSpot and every other platform, and all product names and trademarks belong to their owners. We receive no payments from platforms to recommend them, which is why we can describe their limits candidly.

Why do you publish platform limits?

Because they decide whether an automation is possible and how it must be designed. A rate limit, a size cap or a retry rule changes what we build. We cite the documentation each figure comes from so you can check it, and we would rather you understand the constraint before you order than discover it later.

Are your guides reviewed by lawyers?

The legal pages should be read by your own adviser, and we recommend that before you rely on them for a significant decision. The guides are practical information about platforms and automations, not legal advice, and they are written by the team that builds and tests the work.

Do results in testimonials apply to me?

They show what those clients experienced, in their own words. Your results depend on your setup, your volume and your processes, and we do not promise the same outcome. If a testimonial describes a situation like yours, ask us how it was achieved and what the limits were.

Can I rely on prices in guides?

Only the price in your accepted order or quote is binding. Examples in guides are illustrations, and platform prices change. For the current price of a service, see its page or the pricing page, and for a custom job, request a written quote.

Are you affiliated with Stripe, Notion or Google?

No. We use their public APIs and documentation like any other developer, and we are not partners, resellers or employees of those companies. Their names are used only to describe what our automations connect to.

How often do you update guides?

When a platform changes something we have documented, and on a regular review of every figure against the official documentation. If you spot something that looks out of date, tell us through the contact form with the page and the value you see, and we will check it.
