Amazon Seller to Email, a real report, with a real attachment, reaching whoever actually needs it.

Not everyone who needs your Amazon numbers has a seat in your chat tools. We assemble real order, inventory and account-health data into one scheduled report, with a genuine CSV or PDF attached, and send it straight to whatever inbox actually needs it.

From $275, paid once. No per-seat automation bill.

Amazon Seller to Email automation by BoldBellows: a scheduled report email with a real CSV attachment built from actual order and inventory data, delivered to an inbox outside the seller's own chat tools

What arrives in the inbox, in brief

  • A real attachment Not just a message to skim and lose
  • Keys minted for this build alone Nothing routed through a shared app
  • Reaches anyone, any inbox Including people outside your tools
  • On your schedule Daily, twice daily or weekly
  • From $275 one-off price

01 · the people your chat tools never reach

An accountant or a 3PL contact isn't in your Slack

Real-time alerts and approval cards work well for a team already living inside a chat platform. Whoever handles your books or fulfills your freight almost never is, and they still need the numbers.

Numbers requested, no report exists Accountant calls asking for order totals no seat in Slack, no way to see it directly Someone exports a spreadsheet by hand a manual task, repeated every single month
Before The data exists, reaching the right inbox is manual work
  • A chat tool can't reach someone without a seat in it
  • Someone re-does the same export every cycle
  • The version they get depends on who remembered
Inbox · accountant's copy Subject: Daily order & totals report Attachment: orders-2024-06-14.csv 34 orders, totals matched to the day Delivered automatically, 06:00 daily
After The same numbers, already waiting, without anyone exporting them
  • Reaches an inbox, no seat in any tool required
  • Built and sent the same way, every cycle
  • Nobody has to remember to run the export

02 · how it works

The path a report actually takes to your inbox

Access scoped to your account alone pulls real order, inventory and account-health data on your chosen schedule. The report gets built, attached and sent, without anyone opening Seller Central to compile it.

Your Amazon Seller orders, inventory, account health scoped SP-API access BoldBellows builds the report on schedule attaches the real file Any inbox you choose internal, external, or both no seat in any tool required
  1. 01

We find out who actually reads this and why

What each recipient needs to see, and how often they'd actually want it landing in their inbox.

  2. 02

The report format gets built around real numbers

Layout, attachment type and content follow directly from the recipients and priorities you named up front.

  3. 03

A real day's data proves it before you take over

An actual report gets generated and reviewed before the schedule ever runs on its own.

03 · inside a report email

What actually lands with the message

Whoever opens it gets real numbers and something to keep, not a summary they'd have to go verify somewhere else.

04 · who it's for

For sellers with someone important outside their own tools

If everyone who needs your numbers already lives in Slack or Teams, this isn't the build for you. If someone doesn't, this is exactly the gap it closes.

Sellers with an outside bookkeeper or accountant

"Every month I export the same numbers and email them manually."

Now that export happens on its own, and lands where it's needed.

Sellers working with a third-party warehouse

"Our 3PL asks for stock numbers we have to dig up separately."

Their own inventory-focused version arrives automatically instead.

Owners who want a record outside the chat scroll

"Our numbers live in Slack messages that scroll away and vanish."

An email archive keeps every report somewhere actually searchable.

Small teams without a chat platform at all

"We're two people, we don't even run a Slack or Teams."

Email alone is plenty when a report is really all that's needed.

Priced by how much of your data the report actually covers

Start with a package, then shape who gets what

Daily Order Digest, Full Ops Report or Multi-Recipient Reporting as your starting point, then how often it goes out and who it's really built for. From $275, one payment.

05 · compare your options

A manual export, a chat alert nobody outside sees, or a report that reaches anyone?

Two of these only work for people already inside your tools. Only one of them reaches an inbox regardless of what platform the recipient actually uses.

A number that's genuinely outside the normal range

A plain daily report can bury an unusual spike or drop in the middle of routine numbers nobody's scanning closely.

The threshold-flag extra pulls anything abnormal into its own section instead of leaving it to blend in.

Needing to check what a report said months ago

A report living only in an inbox can get deleted, missed or buried well before anyone needs to look back at it.

The archive extra keeps every report indexed and searchable on its own, independent of any one inbox.

Build your Amazon Seller to Email price

Pick a package, answer three short questions about what the report actually covers, how often it goes out, and who it's built for, and your price and go-live date move as you choose.

Choose your packageRequired

The three packages differ by how much of your Amazon data the report actually covers.

A daily order summary, with a real CSV attached, to whatever inbox needs it.

  • One email a day summarizing every order from the last 24 hours
  • A CSV attachment built from the real order data, ready to open
  • Delivered to any inbox you choose, inside your tools or outside them
  • Your own scoped Selling Partner API account, never a shared public app
  • Handover notes (PDF) covering the full report structure
  • Two rounds of changes once you see a real report land

Orders, inventory and account health together, in one attached report.

  • Everything in the Daily Order Digest package
  • Inventory levels and account-health metrics added to the same report
  • A PDF version formatted to actually read well, not just a raw export
  • A scheduled re-check on real cron that catches anything missed
  • Handover notes (PDF) covering every section of the report
  • Three rounds of changes once it is running

Different recipients, different slices of the same data, each on their own schedule.

  • Everything in the Full Ops Report package
  • Separate report versions for up to four different recipients
  • Each recipient's report scoped to only the data they actually use
  • Independent delivery schedules per recipient, not one fixed time for all
  • Handover notes (PDF) covering every recipient's report configuration
  • Four rounds of changes once it is running

Reports for more than four recipients, a data source these packages don't name, or a delivery schedule more particular than daily or weekly. Tell us what your report actually needs to cover and we will price it for your build.

What should the report actually cover?Required

Wider coverage means fewer separate places to check for the same information.

How often should the report go out?Required

A more frequent cadence suits a business where daily numbers actually change plans.

Who is this report actually built for?Required

A report matched to its reader gets opened, one built for everyone gets ignored.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what your report needs, watch the total, switch it back off.

06 · process & getting started

From who actually needs the numbers to a report that ships itself

Getting here takes five stages, from talking through who reads this report to a scheduled email already landing in the right inbox. We handle the technical build ourselves; telling us honestly who needs what is the part that's yours.

  1. Step 01

We find out who's actually reading this report

An internal team member, an outside accountant, a 3PL contact, and what each one genuinely needs from it.

  2. Step 02

Your Amazon access gets issued during that call

A credential narrowed to exactly this build, generated while we're already talking through the report itself.

  3. Step 03

The report format and delivery schedule get built

Layout, attachment type, recipients and cadence follow directly from what you described in that first conversation.

  4. Step 04

A real day's numbers run through it first

An actual report gets built from your real data and reviewed before any schedule runs unattended.

  5. Step 05

A short walkthrough, then the schedule runs on its own

You see exactly how the report gets built, then every future send happens without anyone triggering it.

Your handover notes How each recipient's version is built How the schedule actually triggers How to add a recipient solo What to check if a report looks off Plain English, no jargon PDF Premium handover notes A PDF to keep and hand whoever asks Delivery health Sent 06:00 · two inboxes reached Runs on schedule · flags a failed send

Turnaround by package

The clock sits idle until we're actually holding your Amazon access. From there, paying for a faster tier is the single thing that speeds anything up.

Daily Order Digest
3–6 business days
Full Ops Report
6–9 business days
Multi-Recipient Reporting
9–13 business days

Your side of it

  • A way to generate SP-API keys for us

Your normal level of access to Seller Central is plenty to produce a set of keys narrowed to this build alone.

  • A list of every recipient and their email address

Including anyone external, like an accountant or a warehouse contact.

  • A sense of what each recipient actually cares about

So their version of the report reflects what they'd genuinely use, not everything at once.

  • Any branding you'd want on the PDF version

A logo or color scheme, if the report is going somewhere that matters.

07 · security and ownership

It reads your data. It only ever sends to who you named.

Pulling your order, inventory and account-health numbers and building a report from them is the whole job here. Sending to anyone beyond the recipients you actually listed isn't something this build is set up to do.

reads data named recipients no unlisted sends reports only

Only reading, never anything transactional

Whatever the report shows, this credential was never given the ability to change a listing, a price or an order in the first place.

No buyer information ever enters a report

What's included is your own order, inventory and account-health data, never anything about a specific buyer.

Only the addresses you gave us ever receive it

Adding a new recipient later means telling us directly, never something that happens on its own.

Revoke access and the sends stop cold

No further report goes out, and anything already delivered stays exactly where it landed.

No copy of your data kept beyond the report

Each run reads, builds and sends, without a second database sitting quietly behind it.

The schedule keeps sending on its own

Once it's handed over, nothing about it needs BoldBellows to keep it going.

09 · questions

What sellers ask before automating a report this way

These came up while talking through earlier builds with real sellers before launch. If your own recipient list or data raises something different, that's what a quote request is for.

Can this send to someone who's never touched our other tools at all?

Yes. All it needs is a valid email address, so an accountant, a freight contact or a business partner can receive it without ever being added to Slack, Teams, or anything else you run.

What happens if the SP-API data isn't ready when the send time hits?

The report waits for a complete data pull rather than sending something partial, and retries automatically. A genuinely failed send gets flagged rather than silently skipped.

Couldn't we just schedule this ourselves with Zapier or a script?

You could, but pulling SP-API data reliably, formatting a real CSV and PDF, and keeping separate versions straight per recipient is more setup than it looks like from the outside, and it's on you to maintain if anything shifts. Handing us the build means it's already been proven against a genuine day's numbers before it ever reaches your inbox.

Our catalog is listed on more than one marketplace. Does that fit?

With the multi-marketplace extra, each marketplace gets broken out inside the same report, so nothing needs a separate email per marketplace.

Can two people get genuinely different versions of the same report?

Yes, on the Multi-Recipient Reporting package. Each recipient's version is built from their own scope of the data, on their own schedule, not one copy blasted to everyone.

Is there a monthly email-service fee hiding in this somewhere?

No. Delivery runs through the setup we build for you, nothing gets stored outside what the report itself needs, and the one setup charge is the only invoice you'll see.

Amazon changes something and the report starts looking wrong. Then what?

A broken report tends to either stop sending or show numbers that clearly don't add up, both easy to notice within a cycle or two. The aftercare extra covers putting it right again within 90 days, without another bill landing on top.

Stop exporting the same spreadsheet by hand every cycle

Get the real numbers to whoever actually needs them

Put together a price down below, or send over a recipient list longer than four, a data source these packages skip, or a schedule more particular than daily or weekly. It starts at $275, paid once, with nothing else billed after.

Reporting to a group these three packages don't quite fit? Tell us who actually needs to see your numbers and we'll price the real build. It is also the answer to amazon seller orders email notification, amazon seller auto reply email and amazon seller email automation.
