Amazon Seller Google Sheets automation, set up for you

Amazon Seller to Google Sheets, one workbook instead of a browser full of marketplace tabs.

We connect your Amazon Seller account to Google Sheets for you, so orders, inventory and fee detail from every marketplace you run land as rows in the same workbook, tagged by region, with referral, FBA and storage fees broken onto their own columns instead of one payout figure.

From $250, paid once. No per-seat automation bill.

01 · the tab-switching problem

A different marketplace, a different tab, a different login session

Checking sales across two or three marketplaces means flipping between Seller Central regions one at a time, then trying to hold the totals in your head, or copy them somewhere by hand.

02 · how it works

How we connect Amazon Seller Central to Google Sheets

A scoped Selling Partner API account is all that links your seller account to the sheet, and we build and test every piece of it ourselves. No public app to install, no spreadsheet plugin to maintain.

Your Amazon Seller orders, inventory, fees scoped SP-API access BoldBellows writes rows & splits fees de-duplicates every run Your Google Sheet tabs, columns, formulas in your own Drive account
  1. 01

    Two connections change hands

A scoped SP-API account from you, an editor invite on your Google Sheet for us, walked through together in about ten minutes.

  2. 02

A row takes shape from the real order

A notification only says something happened; we pull the order and settlement detail itself and turn that into the row.

  3. 03

We break it before you would

Every marketplace and order type gets run through on real recent data first, so the sheet's columns are never a surprise.

03 · what reaches your sheet

A row worth reading, not a payout figure you have to unpack

Whoever opens the sheet gets the marketplace, the fees and the totals already sitting there, no separate report to pull.

04 · who it's for

For sellers who already live and die by a spreadsheet

Different questions need different views of the same data. This gets each one answered without a manual export.

Multi-marketplace sellers

"I can't tell what we sold today without three logins."

Now every marketplace lands in the same tab, tagged and ready to sum.

Sellers watching margins closely

"The payout number never tells me what the fees actually were."

Referral, FBA and storage fees sit on their own columns, order by order.

Sellers mixing FBA and FBM

"I want both inventory pools in one place, not two reports."

FBA and FBM stock sit side by side in the same tab, refreshed together.

Bookkeepers working from exports

"I spend an hour a week just pulling this together by hand."

The sheet is already there, current, by the time they'd normally start exporting.

A real number, not a call to book

Answer three questions, watch the total settle

05 · compare your options

Amazon Seller to Sheets: manual export, Zapier, or done for you?

Every one of these can get Amazon data into a spreadsheet somehow. What separates them is how well they hold up once you add a second marketplace.

SP-API rate limits differ by endpoint

Pull orders and settlement data too aggressively and one endpoint throttles well before the others do.

Each endpoint gets its own pacing on our end, tuned so nothing gets throttled unexpectedly.

A settlement report that lags the order

Fee detail can land in a settlement report well after the order itself, which throws off a naive sync.

We match the fee record back to its order whenever it actually arrives, not before.

Build your Amazon Seller to Google Sheets price

Pick a package, answer three short questions about which marketplaces feed the sheet, how much detail each row carries and how the refresh runs, and your price and go-live date move as you choose.

Choose your packageRequired

The three packages differ by how many marketplaces feed the sheet and how far the fee breakdown goes.

Every order from one marketplace lands as a row, kept current automatically.

  • A new tab row written for every order, from one marketplace
  • Order id, buyer, item and total, laid out in their own columns
  • De-duplication on order id, so a re-check never doubles a row
  • A scheduled re-check on real cron that catches anything a notification missed
  • Your own scoped Selling Partner API account, never a shared public app
  • Handover notes (PDF) covering every column and formula
  • Two rounds of changes once you see real orders land

Every marketplace you sell in feeds the same sheet, tagged so nothing blends.

  • Everything in the Order Feed package
  • Up to three marketplaces feeding the same sheet, each row tagged
  • Referral fee, FBA fee and storage fee broken into separate columns
  • An inventory tab showing FBA and FBM stock side by side
  • Handover notes (PDF) covering every marketplace mapping
  • Three rounds of changes once it is running

A summary tab totaling sales, fees and returns across your whole account.

  • Everything in the Multi-Marketplace Sheet package
  • A summary tab rolling up sales, fees and returns across every marketplace
  • Returns and reimbursements tracked on a tab of their own
  • Near-instant refresh using SP-API's own order notifications
  • Handover notes (PDF) covering the full workbook structure
  • Four rounds of changes once it is running

More than three marketplaces feeding one workbook, a report structure built around your own accounting method, or a formula set none of the packages above name. Tell us how you actually use the sheet and we will price it for your build.

How many marketplaces should feed the sheet?Required

Each additional marketplace means another set of listings, currencies and fee schedules to map.

How much detail should a row carry?Required

More detail on the row means less time spent back in Seller Central checking specifics.

How should the sheet stay current?Required

SP-API can push a notification on real order events, or we can simply poll on a timer.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what your sheet needs, watch the total, switch it back off.

06 · process & getting started

From your workflow notes to a live sheet in Google Drive

The build has six stages, and we carry nearly all of them. What lands on your desk is a short brief, roughly ten minutes to connect your account, and a final look before it ships.

  1. Step 01

Sketch how the workbook should run

Which marketplaces feed it, which tabs you need, and how fees should break out: a working sketch before we touch anything.

  2. Step 02

    A connection and an invite

A scoped SP-API account on your side, an editor invite to your Google Sheet on ours. Roughly ten minutes with someone guiding you.

  3. Step 03

    The workbook comes together

Tabs take shape, fee columns go in, and marketplace tagging gets wired to the events it should watch for.

  4. Step 04

We push it before you do

A fresh order, a return, a fee update: each fires against real recent data so the row it produces is already proven.

  5. Step 05

A trial run, on real orders

Live for several days while you watch, with a set number of adjustment rounds waiting depending on which package you picked.

  6. Step 06

We hand it off and step out

A written guide covers every column and formula we built, and rows keep writing themselves long after we're gone.

Your side of it

  • Access to Seller Central

Enough to set up the scoped SP-API account yourself, or invite us to set it up.

  • Editor access on the sheet

Enough to let us build the tabs, columns and formulas directly.

  • A sketch of your marketplaces

Rough is fine. We'll turn it into the real tab and column structure.

  • Whatever you're already running

An existing report or spreadsheet stays put. We build alongside it, not over it.

07 · security and ownership

The connection reads. It never writes back.

Your seller account stays exactly as it was before we connected anything. Every row lives in a sheet you control, inside your own Drive.

read-only your Drive no bank details named tabs only

A credential built for reading, not touching

Orders, listings and settlement data stay exactly where they are. Nothing writes back through it.

No banking or tax detail ever touches the sheet

Deposit and tax information stays inside Seller Central; only order and fee figures reach your rows.

Rows only write where you said

The tabs we're pointed at are the only ones that ever see a new row.

Turn it off whenever you want

Revoke the SP-API account or drop the connection and new rows simply stop appearing.

Passes through, doesn't linger

Each order gets read, written to a row, and forgotten on our end. We keep no archive.

Yours once it's built

Every tab, column and formula stays in your own Google account, with nothing recurring to pay us.

AI Content & Social Media Automation

Our marketing agency couldn’t keep up with content. BoldBellows set up an AI content engine that writes blog posts and captions and even designs our social media creatives.

09 · questions

What people usually ask before signing off

Pulled from real conversations before past builds went live. Whatever's missing here fits naturally into a quote request.

Is this just wiring up an integration, or more than that?

The API connection is genuinely the small part. The tabs, the fee columns, the marketplace tagging and the formulas all get designed around your workbook, then proven against real orders before you're handed anything.

Google Sheets doesn't list an Amazon Seller integration anywhere. What's actually happening under the hood?

An order or settlement event fires an SP-API notification carrying limited detail. We use that as the signal to pull the full order or fee record, and the row only gets written once we have it.

Does a fee ever land against the wrong order?

Not once it's matched. Settlement data can arrive after the order itself, so we hold the fee update until it can be matched back to the correct row, rather than guessing.

What's wrong with just wiring this up in Zapier?

Nothing, for a single marketplace and a simple row. Where it breaks down is combining marketplaces into one tagged view and matching settlement fees to their orders, neither of which Zapier's standard actions handle well, plus the per-task billing that climbs as your order count does. This is a one-time build instead.

We sell in more marketplaces than the packages list. Is that a problem?

Not at all. It moves into a custom quote, priced around exactly how many marketplaces you run and how they should be tagged or split.

How exposed is our data, and what does this cost month to month?

The credential only reads, banking and tax detail never reach the sheet, and we hold nothing after a row is written. Everything lives in your own Google account, paid for once, with no ongoing bill from us.

Can we add our own charts or pivot tables on top once this is live?

Yes, and it's a natural next step. Once the data tabs are current, building charts or pivots from them is ordinary Sheets work you can do yourself, or we can set some up for you.

Either platform ships an API change. What then?

A broken run turns up in the sync health log that day. With aftercare added, we patch whatever it breaks for 90 days without another invoice.

Stop rebuilding the same report by hand

Let every marketplace write to the same sheet, correctly, every time

Build your price now, or if you're running several marketplaces, need a custom report structure, or have a workflow none of the three packages quite match, just say so. From $250, one payment, no seat fees stacking on top later.

Got five or more marketplaces, or a reporting structure that sits apart from the rest? Put it in a quote request and we'll scope it properly. This page also answers searches for sync amazon seller orders to google sheets, amazon seller google sheets integration and amazon seller customers data google sheets.
