How an enrollment becomes a registered attendee with a personal join link
A change must qualify first; its registrant is then found by key and only the missing fields are written.
- Receive and test. The LearnDash notification is verified, logged with its account, resource and time, and tested against your written rule.
- Receive, register, store. The enrollment is checked against the site, the learner becomes a registrant, and the registrant ID and join URL are saved.
- Remind, compare, follow up. Reminders carry the personal link, the attendance record is compared with the ledger, and no-shows receive the follow-up you chose.
